Excellent property with amazing hospitality although not far from Airport but worth visiting , I m an Epicure member of Taj Group and was there with my spouse to celebrate our Anniversary. The management had upgraded our room Catagory and beautifully decorated with a complement of Cake. Special mention about Housekeeping personal Ovinandan “OVI”, greeted us very well, he had given us the buggy tour of the entire property with some photo scenic places. Overall very excellent experience and will highly recommend the property and looking forward the visit again.

it was a great experience in terms of activities and the property in such. The staff was pretty helpful and attentive to our needs and stuff. Due to holiday season the rush was there but I understand. The only the most important thing a person looks for during a vacation at such property is Food which i found to be okish for vegetarian options. The indian food is exceptional but there is not other options for food than indian food which I would want to eat eating. Sorry to say but for vegetarian options I felt something could be added or so. I found it very very okish to be honest. Hoping for a better experience in terms of food on our future stay at any taj property.

We went to Taj exotica for Sunday Lunch with family directly from the airport ,the food was completely cold , how can you keep snacks like smileys, burgers almost 1 hour before the buffet starts,Non of the food items on the menu were hot. No wants to pay a bomb and be served cold food. When we asked the staff to warm the food items for us , the request was mostly ignored and we didn’t even receive the warm food even though the restaurant was 90 percent empty , now (that’s why ppl don’t visit) They were serving galouti kebab and paneer tikka without any chutney. The staff didn’t seem to interested in helping even though they seemed to be adequately staffed. The food tasted just terrible, the restaurant has taken a 360 degree turn from the lovely experience we had last year. After this experience we just ran out of this hotel to travel to out hotel booked in north Goa. Will never visit again.

TAJ, The brand name is enough. Great stay at the property. Enjoyed relaxing Ayurveda, Shirodhara Spa. Well maintained rooms and huge lawns / garden area to play cricket and enjoy with your friends and family. Amazing staff members! Feedbacks : Cycle to roam around the property should not be chargeable as I previously stayed at other properties in South Goa and they were providing cycle access free of cost with no time limit. A personal feedback for our beloved Indian brand - TAJ, Marriott is giving tough competition, TAJ is a great property to stay but still I feel another vibe at Marriott properties and as an Indian, I want an Indian brand to grow more and rise. A big shout out to staff members at the restaurant (Sala Da Pranzo) --> "K" and "TANMAY" -> They were polite, humble, extremely helpful and eager to serve the guest. They provide superior customer service and met all our expectations. 5 ***** for their top-notch service. Surely deserve a raise for taking good care of their guests, Thanks to both of you and best of luck for your future guys!!
